This person will focus on the administration of the company's local IT Infrastructure to include desktop PC’s, networking and software applications.\nThe Corporate IT Support will be a very hands-on, member of the IT support team responsible for desktop, laptop configuration, mobile device, network and application support including Windows operating systems and software and other applications. This is an internal customer-facing role, and requires excellent prioritization, responsiveness, and customer service, along with excellent verbal communication skills.\nCanon Business Service Centre Philippines Inc. require agile thinking personnel who are quick to react to challenges and present a positive attitude to their workplace environment.\nEssential Duties\nIT point of contact in cases where IT Support Team Leader or Senior IT Support is not available.\nProvide technical recommendations and solutions for Network, Software and Hardware issues.\nProvide IT support to customers, clientsand other departments.\nEnsure that applications, services and networksare up and running\nContinuous auditson assets, both hardware and software.\nStatus monitoring of hardware, system and network components.\nMay be assigned to systems administration projects\nAnticipate trends in computing that affects IT Operations - Operation Systems, Monitoring Systems, Databases, Application Servers, Security, Firewalls and Networking\nAssist clients, operations, and other businessunits on hardware/network issues.\nProvide user maintenance and assistance as required to ensure production IT systems continue operating at peak efficiency.\nOther duties and responsibilities may be assignedby immediate supervisor/manager.\nQualifications\nTertiary IT qualification or better\nUnderstanding of Systems and Network Infrastructures\nUnderstanding of Computer’s hardware and software components\nStrong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills\nAdaptable \"Can-do\" attitude\nIf this sounds like you, we’d love you to apply!\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
