You’ll beempowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of thegroup’s success. \nEssential duties\nOperational\nOwn the end-to-end Order Management ProcessCheck and ensure quote is complete, accurate and in accordance with the paperwork signed by the customer, including contract details, prior to creation and booking order\nMonitor the order to delivery lead-time in accordance with the customer contract SLAs to ensure timely invoicing\nEscalate orders that are pending credit clearance for internal and external lease\nMonitor and clean up incomplete orders\nManage the loan/trial machine deliveries and collections from the customer’s site\nHandle return process\nManage External Lease orders through to activation to ensure orders are activated and Canon receives prompt payment by lease partner\n\nProcess Movement Requests for customer collections using correct process and ensuring install base records are updated.\nChecking the clean order requirements and working with external and internal customers to cleanse data or obtain additional information.\nContract AdministrationLiaise with Contract Management on the creation of complex orders\nLiaise on transport SLA results and resolving any customer transport claims\nAdminister month end procedures such as customer query accruals, support sheet accruals and retro accruals.\nResponsibility for account maintenance such as pricing schemes to ensure correct reporting. \n\nAdhoc and Customer Service\nAttend customer review meetings to audit queries and recommend enhancements to services provided.\nUse reports for order status tracking and resolve any related issues.\nQualifications\nEssential\nSpecialist Knowledge: product and solutions knowledge to understand implications for order process\nPrevious Industry Experience: Sales and customer centric, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.\nBachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline\nPersonal qualities:\nHighly customer focused and delivery oriented\nStrong communication skills to understand (internal) customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations\nExcellent organisation and planning skills\nAttention to detail and quality conscious\nAble to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data\nIf this sounds like you, we’d love you to apply!\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
