You’ll beempowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group’s success.\nEssential duties\nEnsures availability of manpower by planning or monitoring indirect activities and holiday planning\nMonitors the automated planning for the field. Ensures that request for service is planned/scheduled in order to meet customer service level agreements.\nWorks with the field to ensure resource is allocated to accommodate field operational needs.\nCarries out call dispatch and books off when required and corrects mistakes in visit reporting, ensuring the integrity of the data.\nVerifying system allocations to ensure practicality and efficiency, liaising Field Engineers, and Managers where necessary.\nMonitors work to outside suppliers and TPM (Third Party Maintenance) organizations\nEscalates problem calls, missed SLAs or reporting issues as defined in the procedures.\nIdentify problem trends and escalate where required.
