You’ll beempowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of thegroup’s success.\nAbout the Role\n\nProactively manage and maintain all aspects of the Service/Lease contract life cycle.\nEnsure the accurate and timely invoicing of revenue, in line with Sales Channel.\nEnsure that the customer has a consistent and positive experience of Canon for the duration of their contracts.\n\nEssential Duties\n\nOperational\nAchieve agreed SLAs and KPIs in support of team goalsMaximise contract billing\nManage, Maintain and bill customers\n\nTo obtain and maintain accurate data to ensure customers are consistently billed accurately and on time.Work closely with Key stakeholders to ensure contracts are created and administered accurately\n\nManually create Service and Lease contracts in Oracle, as and when required.\nValidate and activate new customer contracts/approve lease contracts by checking and authoring orders within agreed SLA’s\nHandles contract disputes for new and current customer to ensure accuracy with billing and align with signed contract.\nTerminate machines promptly and accurately to ensure accuracy of final billing, management reporting and termination Suspense account. Manage Lease data by completing rollovers, terminations and renewals accurately\nProcess Machine Collection Requests for customer using correct process and ensuring install base records are updated. \nProcess Machine Relocation Request for customer using correct process and ensuring install base records are updated.\nCustomer Service\nTo respond and resolve all customer issues and enquiries within the agreed SLA time frames\nWork with Accounts Receivables to resolve disputes and minimise aged debt issues\nLiaise with relevant key stakeholders to ensure contracts are effectively maintained\nQualifications\nEssential\nSpecialist Knowledge: product, solutions & contracts knowledge to understand implications for service/lease revenue & customer satisfaction\nPrevious Industry Experience: customer centric, accurate data entry and strong analytical skills.\nBachelor’s Degree holder in any business-related discipline\nPersonal qualities:\nStrong communication skills to understand internal and external customer issues and to find ways to exceed customer expectations\nProactive & problem-solving skills\nExcellent organisation and planning skills\nAttention to detail and quality conscious\nAble to interpret, manipulate & use different forms of complex data\nIf this sounds like you, we’d love you to apply!\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.
