Contract Novations\nBill & Ship to Creation/Updates\nConsumable Returns\nBP Contract Exceptions Report\nContract Exceptions Report\nOverbilling Hold Management\nManual Credit and Debits\nBulk Meter Reads Upload\nWMR Contact Creation and Update\nNew Account Creation\nPrimary Job Functions:\nIdentify customer's issue and provide available support options.\nAdhere to and demonstrate Quality Monitoring (QA) guidelines.\nDemonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong customer service orientation.\nUpdate Call / Email Management database with details on each customer call in accordance with client procedures.\nOutline any charges and or guidelines to customers in accordance with client procedures.\nRegularly stay updated with the latest product knowledge and technical skills using available resources.\nWhen required, to escalate issues outside of service boundaries to Team Leader.\nTake responsibility to ensure customers experience with Canon exceed expectations.\nCreate a positive impression on Canon whenever interacting with customers.\nUndertake any Ad Hoc project or assignments assigned by Team Leader.\nUpdate the record if necessary and verify if information is correct through internal/ external tools.\nUndergo cross-training and handle other LOBs (line of business) as assigned by the Team Leader.\nQualifications\n6 months or more full-time call handling or email handling experience.\nBack Office Experience
