You'll be empowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group's success\nAbout the Role | Mō te Tūranga\nJoin our Digital Services team as a Digital Services Capture Operator (data entry and document processing) on a fixed-term contract from 1stApril until 26thJune, where you'll play a vital role in converting customer data into a digital format while adhering to client requirements and company policies.\nYour responsibilities will include sorting and prep work of documents ready for processing, keying and data entry, completing tasks on time and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our production processes. You'll also interact professionally with clients and handle administrative duties as needed, along with:\nForm assessment and evaluation\n\nDocument receipt, preparation, scanning, and keying\n\nMaintaining data entry minimum keying speeds always paying strong attention to detail\n\nKeeping familiar with client expectations as outlined in Work Instructions\n\nUnderstanding of capture work queues and Canon systems\n\nMaintaining knowledge of the front-end process in MAP\n\nAccurate completion of timesheets and task sheet\n\nAbout you | Mōu\nTo be successful in this role, you’ll be a positive team player who takes pride in your accuracy and attention to detail. Strong data entry, computer literacy and numeric skills are essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
