Account Manager B2C (Retail and ITO-print)

To achieve the sales and unit targets set by the company for the specific accounts allocated within the channel strategic framework, policies & guidelines. To develop Canon Accounts through the implementation of current marketing strategies so as to achieve agreed business objectives.

• Identify and propose potential new Accounts to the Channel Manager
• Cascade Canon Europe’s sales promotion activities to local level
• Forecasting the customers’ business to maximize sales opportunities and ensure Canon has an efficient and effective supply chain
• Monitor turnover and break down the expected turnover from the channel to respective accounts
• Plan the annual marketing and sales support activities/promotions based on the demand drivers
• Through relationship management, conduct regular multi-level contact with, and total account management of allocated accounts.
• Develop strategic/tactical Business Plans and co-ordinate all appropriate resources to enable achievement of business objectives. Implement and monitor the success of the Business Plan.
• Responsible for planning and achieving a sales budget
• Coordinating implementation of promotions and other business activities with other members of Sales Team and Product Business Developers and Marketing
• Develop and implement strategies for securing a greater share of the Customer’s sales with the range of canon products
• Planning, organizing, and co-coordinating internal and external resources to achieve Customer’s business plan and Canon’s sales targets

• Provide required reporting in a prompt and thorough manner meeting specified deadlines.

EXPERIENCE

Must be able to demonstrate past experience in B2C sales and success in the role applying for or, must be able to demonstrate minimum standards needed to be employed in job role.

Good IT knowledge and skills

Significant sales and/or marketing experience

Experience in the imaging branch preferred

Languages: Fluent Polish language and Business English (communicative)
