You’ll beempowered to focus on your career progression and turn your goals into reality as an integral part of the group’s success.\nEssential duties\nMonitor & maintain accurate stock levels across Oceania\nMaintain Product profiles in ERP system as required\nForecast demand for Canon Inc. and local products using sales history and inventory targets\nExecute Inventory related transactions in line with established processes\nLearn and maintain proficiency in Canon Inc. and vendor systems, as applicable\nProvide timely and adequate reports, stock availability information and ETAs to stakeholders\nCollaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues promptly\nIdentify and implement opportunities for process improvement\nFinancial/Commercial\nEnsure correct use and protection of Canon assets\nIdentify cost saving opportunities and recommend periodic write-offs\nSupport initiatives to reduce aged stock through proactive sales strategies.\nCustomer\nRespond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately\nEffectively handle customer feedback in accordance with company guidelines to maintain high satisfaction levels\nProcess\nManage backorders and stock allocations\nMaintain Inventory data within ERP for operational continuity\nManage procurement, forecasting, and stock analysis to achieve optimum supply ratios\nReview slow moving inventory and take collaborative action to minimise write offs\nGain and maintain knowledge of model configurations\nPeople\nFoster collaborative relationships with internal teams\nPromote vision and values of division and company\nIdentify skill and knowledge gaps and work with team leader/manager to address development needs\nEnsure compliance with all Canon policies and procedures\nProject\nDeliver allocated projects within agreed timelines\nQualifications\nDemonstrated experience in product planning, inventory coordination or supply chain management\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (including macro and pivot)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nSkill in identifying inventory-related issues and developing effective solutions to minimise customer impact\nProficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 preferred) and familiarity with Power BI for reporting and analytics\nTechnical aptitude to understand product configurations\nRelevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications \nIf this sounds like you, we’d love you to apply!\nWe believe in the power of an inclusive and diverse workforce.We trust you will bring your authentic self to work, and we will focus on making sure that together, we make astrong contribution to the broader community in which we operate.
