company policies and managing HR Systems.\nThe HR Analyst will join the APAC Human Resources team on a 2-year fixed-term contract, based in Singapore and reporting directly to the Head of HR, APAC & MENA.\n Key Responsibilities\nProcess Documentation & OptimisationDrive and execute HR operational processes across the employee life cycle.\nReview and maintain end-to-end standard operating procedures for employee life cycle including immigration, mobility activity, onboarding, offboarding processes\nMaintain a supporting toolkit of checklists, document request lists, application templates, letter templates\nAssess existing HR processes and practices, identifies gaps and inefficiencies\nReview and document existing HR processes including handbook and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or manual workarounds.\nPropose and implement process improvements that enhance speed, accuracy, and the employee experience.\nCollaborates and supports the wider HR team \nSupport the configuration, testing, and adoption of new tools to support HR operations\n\nData & AnalyticsExtract, clean, and maintain HR data to support workforce reporting and analysis.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics and people analytics\nUse Microsoft 365 and Copilot tools to accelerate data synthesis, and insight generation\nCreates and maintains accurate reporting processes and standards.\nConduct ad hoc data analyses to support HR projects, initiatives, and business queries.\nSupport audit and governance requirements related to HR systems and digital processes.\n\nHR TransformationAssist in planning and executing HR transformation initiatives and projects from the HR perspective, serving as the functional representative for HR requirements and user acceptance testing (UAT).\nCoordinate with IT, Procurement, Finance stakeholders etc to align data, processes, and reporting.\nAssist in driving adoption of transformation initiatives within HR through documentation, training support, and change-management activities.\n\nAnd other ad hoc duties as required.\n Skills & Experience \nA degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).\n\nUp to 2 years experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and tools, experience in Oracle HCM will be an advantage.\n\nHave an interest and skilled in Power Automate and Microsoft 365 / Copilot tools.\n\nBasic knowledge of Tableau, SQL or Python for data analysis is beneficial but not required.\n\nAn analytical, detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.\n\nDiscretion and sound judgement when handling confidential employee data.\n\nA collaborative, proactive and inclusive approach in line
