Role Overview Hera Technologies is seeking Two detail-oriented and execution-focused Production Planners to support day-to-day production planning activities within our aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, this role will play a critical part in translating demand signals into actionable production schedules, ensuring alignment between material availability, capacity, and customer delivery commitments. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated planner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing setting and is eager to contribute to building scalable planning processes from the ground up.
