challenges.\nFacilities Administrate Coordinator - - Position Overview\nThe position will assist with the daily operations of maintenance and housekeeping staff. \nCoordinates and monitors facilities, services, processes and functions.\nAssists in prioritizing service demands when appropriate. \nConducts initial and on-going training based on the needs of the department. \nPrepares and maintains accurate logs, reports and records while performing other clerical duties. \nThis person will support and troubleshoot issues/concerns identified in work order ticketing system, while performing audits and evaluating service levels of facilities services, reporting findings directly to Statewide Director of Facilities. \nJob Responsibilities:\nPerform duties as directed by Statewide Director of Facilities to include, but not limited to: Coordinate daily work activities of facilities services to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.\nEmployee training.\nAssist in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.\nRequisition of tools and equipment.\n\nMake periodic inspections of facilities and vehicles to identify any needed repairs or corrections to meet safety and operational standards and to ensure compliance with regulating body standards (i.e. the Joint Commission, DOE, DOH, DHS, DMH, COA, and Division of Medicaid).\nDispatch facilities technicians to assist in emergent situations.\nSuggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase safety, efficiency, and productivity.\nComplete monthly environment of care walk-through and adjust as needed. \nParticipate in monthly individual supervision with Statewide Director of Facilities.\nParticipate in Performance Improvement activities related to Environment of Care.\nResponsible for supply orders and inventory stock to ensure that supplies and equipment are available in adequate amounts.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree preferred with four years or more related experience.\n\nExperience in a behavioral health care setting is preferred.\n\nKnowledge of data collection and analysis as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required.\n\nAbility to travel is required.\n\nMust be a team player with excellent supervisory, planning and organizational
