Benefits include, but are not limited to:\nCompetitive Compensation\n403b Retirement Plan with Match\nMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance\nPTO/Vacation\nEmployee Wellness Program and Counseling Services\nNetwork Engineer Overview:\nThe Network Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of the organization's network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki firewalls, Cisco ASA firewalls, Cisco wireless access points, Cisco switches, VPNs, and WAN/LAN connectivity.\nThis position ensures the security, availability, and performance of network systems through proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, maintenance, and capacity planning.\nThe Network Engineer develops and enforces network and security standards, supports disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives, manages network-related projects, and provides technical recommendations to the IT Director to support organizational goals and future growth.\nJob Responsibilities:\nInstall, configure, and support the Organization’s local area network, wide area network, and Internet system.\nConfigures and implements network hardware, software and network communication gateways to other computing environments.\nMaintain Security Policies which detail and document actual mechanisms and controls to include: Risk Analysis: and management, documentation management and controls, information access controls and sanctions for failure to comply.\nMaintain Information Security: Staff only have access to the sensitive information for which they have appropriate authority and clearance.\nMaintain Technical Security: Set the access and authorization controls for everyday operations as well as emergency procedures for data.\nMaintain Transmission Security: Set the standards for access controls, audit trails, event reporting, encryption, and integrity controls.\nNegotiate with vendors, outsourcers, and contractors to secure network products and services.\nManage and oversee effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.\nProvides technical assistance for network operations.\nConduct research and make recommendations on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts.\nCreate and maintain disaster recovery and emergency operation procedures and risk tolerances for the network.\nResponsible for demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness to cultural/socioeconomic differences in the organization/program service population.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting enterprise network environments;
