You’ll lead the evolution of our cloud environment and CI/CD pipelines, empowering the engineering organization to move fast while maintaining high standards for security, uptime, and SLA performance.\nYou’ll collaborate closely with backend, frontend, and data teams to design end-to-end deployment and monitoring strategies, manage CVE remediation SLAs, and ensure that Canopy’s platform operates with the reliability and trust our healthcare partners expect.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn Infrastructure Strategy - Design and evolve Canopy’s cloud architecture for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.\nAutomate Everything - Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and automated deployment systems.\n Security & Compliance - Enforce security best practices, maintain strong compliance posture (including CVE scanning, patching, and SLA enforcement).\nOwn Monitoring - Drive Observability - Design, implement, and maintain Canopy’s monitoring infrastructure and alerting systems. Own the end-to-end monitoring solutions while enabling engineering teams with self-service observability tools, metrics, and insights for proactive issue detection.\nCollaborate Cross-Functionally - Work with product and engineering teams to align infrastructure priorities with business goals. Collaboration and work with automation lead to drive automation for our product.\nMentor & Lead - Guide and promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.\nDeep expertise with GCP (Advantage)or AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized microservices.\nProven track record managing security pipelines (vulnerability scanning,SAST, DAST, dependency management).\nStrong experience with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi).\nExpertise in CI/CD automation (TeamCity, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins, etc.).\nSkilled in monitoring and observability stacks (Newrelic, Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).\nA solid understanding of CVE tracking, remediation processes, and meeting defined security SLAs.\nExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor engineers and drive collaboration across teams\nBonus Points\nExperience working in regulated industries (healthcare, fintech, or enterprise SaaS).\nFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.\nPassion for improving system resilience, performance, and incident response maturity.\nBenefits\nCompetitive Compensation\nWe offer a compelling salary and equity package to recognize and reward your impact.\nInspiring Workspaces & Travel Perks\nEnjoy our vibrant Sarona Tel Aviv office near HaShalom station, with opportunities to collaborate across teams and visit our New York office.\nHybrid Work Flexibility\nWe embrace a hybrid culture that empowers you to work from where you thrive.
