Perform routine daily activies. Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards. Report production output, defects, and operational irregularities following internal reporting standards. Notify minor issues and remove jams to avoid delays in production. Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness in accordance with WCM, Safety, GMP, and BRC standards. Monitor the operating parameters of the assigned machine. Conduct quality checks of products on the assigned machine, identifying defects and non-conformities through visual inspection, measurements as per the Control Plan. Support autonomous maintenance like cleaning, lubrication, and inspections to prevent problems. Perform other duties as assigned by direct superiors, in line with the scope of the position and employment agreement.\nRequired Qualifications\nIndicate the minimum recruitment specification, the ideal person specification, the preferred minimum qualifications and skills required for full satisfactory job performance and to meet expectations\nQualifications and Education\nInclude any specialized education and qualifications needed to be able to do the job.\nWork Experience\nClarify the minimum years of total work experience and other relevant work experience required to be able to perform the job\nBasic Vocational School, General Secondary School.\nBasic experience in working with machines. School graduate\nSkills\nKnowledge\nAbility to follow safety protocols.\nCapable of handling basic machine functions and controls.\nCapable of performing visual inspections.\nCapable of performing basic cleaning and inspection.\nKnowledge of Occupational Health and Safety.\nKnowledge in basic metrology, measuring devices, computer operation, work instruction, machine manual.\nTraining\nInclude any specific training (both internal and external) needed to do the job.\nLanguage\nInclude the level of required language needed to do the job.\nCompany Policies and Code of Conduct.\nHealth & Safety (Occupational Safety Training).\nProduction Process & Equipment Overview.\nProduct Quality & Non-Conformance Management.\nThe employee may be required to complete additional training as directed by the Company, in response to operational, quality and/or safety needs, or to meet other business requirements.\nAbility to communicate in business language - country specific.\nWork Independence / Supervision Level\nClose /Direct Supervision: The employee is assigned to specific tasks with detailed instructions, and the work is checked frequently.
