C Crew Days 7pm-7am Position Summary The Forklift Lead is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Manager and/or Supervisor(s) in all areas of Warehouse Operations by providing leadership to the team, training and evaluating Warehouse processes, and maintaining the ability to provide expertise and hands-on assistance in any area of warehouse operations when required. The Forklift Lead will provide guidance and support to any specific area of responsibility and, or team as designated by the Warehouse Manager. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager and, or Supervisor(s) and handles issues occurring within the warehouse regarding processes. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables Maintain familiarity with and understanding of stock levels within the warehouse daily and check the range of duties assigned for the current day. Provide team with necessary information and tools to effectively perform duties. Oversees the proper completion of work tasks and provide hands-on assistance when needed. Record pre-use checks in the provided system or the vehicle logbook as required. Check the delivered quantities and condition of the goods recording data on the receiving form accurately. Un
