For 30 years the company has been consequently developing its business to become one of the leading global players on the international packaging market.\nWe are seeking an experienced Group Finance Process Director to lead the development and optimization of finance processes across our global organization.\nThis role will be responsible for driving process excellence, standardization, governance, and operational improvement while supporting the ongoing transformation of our finance function. The successful candidate will work closely with finance and business leaders to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and enable scalable ways of working across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDefine and implement the strategy and roadmap for global finance processes.\nDrive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across finance activities.\nLead process transformation initiatives, including automation and digital enablement.\nEstablish effective governance, performance measures, and process ownership.\nPartner with key stakeholders across Finance, IT, and the wider business to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.\nLead transitions of new activities and ensure successful integration into existing operations.\nBuild, develop, and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.\nEnsure strong compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks are maintained.\nAbout You :\nSignificant leadership experience within Finance Operations, Global Business Services, Shared Services, Process Excellence, or a related environment.\nDemonstrated success leading transformation and process improvement initiatives in complex, international organizations.\nStrong understanding of process governance, performance management, controls, compliance, and operational excellence.\nExperience working with ERP systems, automation technologies, and analytics tools.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.\nA collaborative and pragmatic leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of finance operations within a global organization.
