For 30 years the company has been consequently developing its business to become one of the leading global players on the international packaging market.\nWith sustainability and corporate social responsibility being an important part of the Group’s DNA, CANPACK actively supports initiatives dedicated to environmental protection and local communities.\nCurrently we are looking for:\nGroup Manager, Procurement P2P (Procure to Pay)\nLocation: Wayne, PA\nCore responsibilities:\nSupport Procure-to-Pay Transformation: Assist in implementing the selected eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platform, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across regions.\nProcess Improvement and Harmonization: Execute and maintain global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment.\nGlobal Supply Chain Strategy: Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to assist in the development and execution of a Supply Chain Strategy linked to the Company Vision and Mission\nChange Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.\nOperational Metrics: Develop, monitor and report on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nTechnology & Data Management: Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management solutions).\nChange Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.\nCollaboration: Work closely with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and consistency.\nGovernance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines.\nRequirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations.\nDemonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\nStrategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities \nHands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay processes and platforms;
