For 30 years the company has been consequently developing its business to become one of the leading global players on the international packaging market.\nWith sustainability and corporate social responsibility being an important part of the Group’s DNA, CANPACK actively supports initiatives dedicated to environmental protection and local communities.\nCurrently we are looking for:\nProcurement Coordinator (replacement contract)\nCore responsibilities:\nWork on contracts execution from the moment of contract signature up to the moment of contract settlement (responsibility for full Procure to Pay process: Purchase Orders creation and modification, timely and in full delivery, resolving invoice issues) for assigned goods category.\nPrepare, in cooperation with the Logistics Department, instructions for suppliers for each investment project, implementing and monitoring suppliers as regards compliance with the instructions in force for a given project.\nMonitor and agree with vendors and with CANPACK Entities precise delivery time, commercial documentation and other requirements, obtain and transmit information on supplies to the Project Manager and Logistics Department.\nSupport and build supplier relationships and effective supply chain partnership. Engage the vendors to enable delivery with best-in-class quality. Work with the suppliers to continuously improve supplier performance.\nWork closely with Category Buyers\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure gathering of right business requirements.\nWork in SAP, TMS.\nPreparing analysis if needed.\nOur expectations:\nAverage 2-3 years of experience in similar role\nEducational background in Supply Chain or Business/ Economics or related fields (Master’s preferred)\nFluency in English -
