Individual will be responsible for ensuring consistency within the organization in the areas of food safety and quality while maintaining and building relationships with both internal and external customers.\nEssential Functions/Key Deliverables\nDevelop, implement, verifyand validate Food Safety and QA processes and procedures used to monitor & update quality systems for incoming raw materials, production, and products (Finished and Work in Process) to ensure compliance to all regulatory, customer, and company requirements.\n\nAddressesBRCGSdeviations on an immediate and ongoing basis and assists in the training and development of production personnel in these areas.\n\nProvide products and services to customers (internal and external), which meet or exceed expectations.\n\nAssist in implementing, mentoring, monitoringand acting as HARA Team Leader.\n\nDrive plant improvement by providing proactive solutions to issues that will support facility operations staff in achieving Quality and Safety goals.\n\nConducts, implements yearly reassessment of food safety programs, BRCGStraining and self inspections.\n\nMaintain contactbetween Sales and Operations in order tocommunicate customer/consumer issues and resolutions that arise and bringsabout corrective action if needed.\n\nMaintain effective working relationship with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Purchasing and Operations. Provide timely, accurate, and relevant data and analysis to enable them to effectively manage the business.\n\nMaintain a professional working relationship with regulatory bodies.
