Recruit, onboard, and develop local mentors, including preparing them for the mentoring role, verifying mentoring activities, and monitoring the quality and effectiveness of training delivery. Plan, organize, and coordinate training activities in close cooperation with departments, covering both on-the-job training and classroom-based training. Organize and supervise the employee skills assessment process, including active participation in skills evaluations and validation of skill proficiency levels in line with defined standards. Monitor execution of training plans, prepare regular reports and analyses, and communicate training progress, gaps, and results to key stakeholders. Promote training and development initiatives through internal communication channels, supporting the visibility and importance of capability building within the organization. Coordinate and deliver induction programs for newly hired employees, ensuring a consistent and structured start-up process. Maintain and oversee training documentation, including training records, standards, assessment results, and compliance-related materials. Cooperate with the Group / Corporate Training Team, actively participating in group-wide projects and supporting the implementation of global training solutions at plant level. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Maintain the area in accordance with 5S standards and Continuous Improvement methodologies. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor, in line with the scope of the position and employment agreement.\nRequired Qualifications\nIndicate the minimum recruitment specification, the ideal person specification, the preferred minimum qualifications and skills required for full satisfactory job performance and to meet expectations\nQualifications and Education\nInclude any specialized education and qualifications needed to be able to do the job.\nWork Experience\nClarify the minimum years of total work experience and other relevant work experience required to be able to perform the job\nUniversity degree in Human Resources or related fields.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in training, learning & development roles within a manufacturing environment.\nSkills\nKnowledge\nAbility to plan and coordinate training activities in a manufacturing environment.\nStrong facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, enabling effective work across production and support functions.\nAbility to deliver training, workshops, skills assessments both on-the-job and in classroom settings.\nAbility to analyze training data and report progress, gaps, and results in a clear and structured way.\nAbility to influence and engage supervisors, mentors, and trainers without direct authority.\nKnowledge of training processes in a manufacturing environment.\nKnowledge of on-the-job training and mentoring principles.\nKnowledge of skills assessment methods and skills matrices.\nKnowledge of training documentation and compliance requirements.\nBasic knowledge of continuous improvement concepts.\nTraining\nInclude any specific training (both internal and external) needed to do the job.\nLanguage\nInclude the level of required language needed to do the job.\nHealth & Safety (Occupational Safety Training).\nCompany Policies and Code of Conduct.\nTrain the trainer training\nTraining in On-the-Job Training methodologies\nThe employee may be required to complete additional training as directed by the Company, in response to operational, quality and/or safety needs, or to meet other business requirements.\nAbility to communicate in business language - country specific.\nWork Independence / Supervision Level\nIntermittent / Minimal: The employee normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work and receives general instructions on new assignments. (e.g., Internally can communicate with all departments, externally can communicate with suppliers’ service providers, customers, governmental entities)\nRegular communication with mentors, supervisors, managers to ensure alignment on training needs, skills development, and execution of training plans.\nClose cooperation with HR, Quality, Production, and HSE to support consistent implementation of training standards and skills assessment processes.\nOngoing interaction with new hires to provide clear guidance during onboarding and induction programs.\nCollaboration with the Group Training Team to exchange best practices and support the implementation of global training initiatives.\nCommunication with external training providers, auditors, or inspectors during visits, audits, or compliance-related reviews when required.
