Ensures proper settings that are aligned with\nthe quality department directions, designs, monitor and executes preventive maintenance plan for the vision\nsystems and participates in root cause analysis of related issues.\nEssential Functions/Key Deliverables\nDesign, monitor and execute the preventive maintenance plan for vision systems such as Light tester\nand applied vision cameras.\nPeriodically checks settings in the vision systems to guarantee that the systems are aligned with the\nquality department directions.\nParticipates in the root cause analysis sessions related to vision systems.\nPeriodical reports on performance of the system.\nImplementation of projects related to vision systems.\nAssist Electrical Technicians in troubleshooting of advanced issues on vision systems.\nProvide additional support during change-overs in cans and ends departments.\nPerform any other duty reasonable corresponding with the role.\nKnowledge/Skills/Experience\nAssociates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or equivalent\ncombination of education and experience.\n2+ years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing/industrial environment or 2+ years of\nexperience working with vision systems.\nAbility to read technical drawings - mainly electrical drawings.\nAbility to maintain demeanor and performance through any situation.\nExperience and technical training in maintenance of Electrical Equipment.\nAbility to learn the operation of equipment.\nAbility to function both independently and as part of a team; must be flexible and excited to grow with\nthe organization.\nStrong critical-thinking skills with a solution-oriented mindset.\nAttention to detail and a high degree of accuracy and
