disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures.\n\nInspect guest rooms after cleaning to ensure they meet required quality standards.\n\nReport maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly to the appropriate supervisor or department.\n\nReplenish toiletries, cleaning supplies, and other guest-room amenities as required.\n\nHandle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and according to approved procedures.\n\nMaintain cleanliness in public areas, staff areas, and other designated hotel spaces.\n\nCollect, sort, and handle laundry and linen according the supervisor.\n\nCoordinate with the front office to receive updates on room status and guest requirements.\n\nWork with the maintenance team to report and follow up on room repairs.\n\nMaintain accurate records of cleaning activities, lost-and-found items, and other relevant housekeeping information.\n\nKeep housekeeping equipment, storage areas, and supply rooms clean and organized.\n\nFollow hotel hygiene, health, safety, and environmental procedures.\n\nMinimize wastage of cleaning products, linen, amenities, and other hotel resources.\n\nSupport colleagues during busy periods to ensure rooms are prepared on time.\n\nPerform other housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor or management.\n\nEducational Requirements\nBasic Education Certificate or Senior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent qualification.\n\nA Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Housekeeping, Hotel Management, or a related field will be an advantage.\n\nTraining in housekeeping, cleaning services, or hospitality operations will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience and Skills\nPrevious experience as a housekeeper, room attendant, cleaner, or in a similar hospitality role will be an advantage.\n\nGood understanding of hotel housekeeping and cleaning procedures.\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.\n\nAbility to use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively.\n\nGood knowledge of basic hygiene and sanitation practices.\n\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards.\n\nFriendly and respectful approach to guests and colleagues.\n\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to follow instructions and established hotel procedures.\n\nHonest, dependable, and responsible work ethic.\n\nAbility to handle physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving housekeeping equipment.\n\nAbility to work
