The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome, manage guest check-in and check-out, respond to enquiries, handle reservations, and support the smooth operation of the hotel’s front desk.\nYou will represent Canwin Hotel Limited professionally and ensure that every guest receives efficient, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.\nKey Responsibilities\nWelcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally.\n\nManage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.\n\nVerify guest information and maintain accurate front-desk records.\n\nHandle reservations, cancellations, amendments, and guest enquiries.\n\nProvide guests with accurate information about hotel services, facilities, policies, and local attractions.\n\nAnswer and direct telephone calls and respond to emails and other guest communications.\n\nAddress guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.\n\nCoordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.\n\nProcess payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial records as required.\n\nMonitor room availability and communicate relevant updates to the appropriate departments.\n\nMaintain accurate guest records and protect guest confidentiality.\n\nAssist guests with transportation arrangements, directions, and other reasonable requests.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.\n\nFollow hotel procedures, service standards, and safety requirements.\n\nPrepare and maintain shift reports and other front-office documentation.\n\nSupport colleagues during busy periods to maintain efficient hotel operations.\n\nPerform other front-office duties assigned by the supervisor or management.\n\nEducational Requirements\nSenior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent qualification.\n\nA Certificate, Diploma, HND, or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field will be an advantage.\n\nAdditional training in customer service, front-office operations, or hospitality will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience and Skills\nPrevious experience as a receptionist, front-desk officer, customer-service representative, or in a similar hospitality role will be an advantage.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong customer-service and interpersonal skills.\n\nProfessional, friendly, and confident manner when dealing with guests.\n\nGood organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nGood basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel reservation or front-office systems will be an advantage.\n\nAbility to handle cash and basic financial transactions accurately.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.\n\nAbility to remain calm and professional when handling difficult situations.\n\nGood grooming and
