services where appropriate.\n\nMaintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout each shift.\n\nSupport colleagues during busy periods to maintain efficient service.\n\nPerform other duties assigned by the Restaurant or Food and Beverage Supervisor.\n\nEducational Requirements\nSenior High School (SHS) certificate or equivalent qualification.\n\nA Certificate, Diploma, HND, or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Catering, Tourism, or a related field will be an advantage.\n\nTraining in food and beverage service or customer service will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience and Skills\nPrevious experience as a waiter, waitress, restaurant attendant, food and beverage attendant, or in a similar hospitality role will be an advantage.\n\nStrong customer-service and interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent verbal communication skills.\n\nFriendly, courteous, and professional approach to guests.\n\nGood knowledge of food and beverage service practices.\n\nAbility to take and process orders accurately.\n\nAbility to work quickly and efficiently during busy service periods.\n\nStrong attention to detail.\n\nGood teamwork and collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to remain calm and professional when handling guest concerns.\n\nGood personal hygiene and professional grooming.\n\nAbility to stand and move for extended periods during
