This is a full-time remote position based in the Philippines and will be part of our Engineering department.\nKey Responsibilities:\nEstablish and manage the company's information security program\nImplement security measures, including encryption protocols, access controls, and regular security audits\nEnsure compliance with data protection regulations such as SOC2 and ISO27001\nTrain staff and foster a culture of data security throughout the organization\nMonitor emerging threats and proactively enhance security protocols\nCollaborate with the engineering team to ensure the secure development and operation of our systems\n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field\nAt least five years of experience in information security, preferably in a technology company\nDeep understanding of data protection regulations and standards\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS and Microsoft Azure\nExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure\nStrong communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team\n Canyon GBS Inc. offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, paid vacation, and more.
