2. Motion & Visuals: Elevate our storytelling with motion graphics, VFX, and sleek animations in After Effects.
3. Graphic Design: Create high-fidelity assets in Photoshop for marketing campaigns and internal initiatives.
4. Web & UI Collaboration: Translate design concepts into reality. You'll use Figma to review UI assets and work within Webflow to help build or update landing pages and CMS collections.
Requirements
1. The Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
2. The Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in a fast-paced creative environment.
3. Web-Curious: You should have a solid understanding of Figma and a genuine interest in (or willingness to master) Webflow. We don't expect you to be a pro coder, but we need you to be excited about building for the web.
4. Hardware: A high-performance workstation capable of handling 4K renders and complex multi-layer compositions without breaking a sweat.
5. Ownership: You meet deadlines because you hate being behind, not because someone is chasing you.
