You can find out more about us atwww.capbay.com\nAbout the Role:\nWe're on the lookout for a finance whiz to join our team as a Senior Finance Operations Executive. In this role, you'll get to flex your operational muscles by creating and implementing strategies, improving processes, and making sure we're following all the rules. You'll be the go-to person for financial and operational matters, collaborating with different teams and leading our crew to victory.\nResponsibilities:\nIn this role, you will be expected to:\nGeneral\nDevelop, execute, and monitor operational strategies, policies, and procedures.\nMonitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements including automation enhancements.\nEnsure compliance with regulations and industry standards and implement quality control measures.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders.\nLead and motivate a team, providing clear direction, feedback, and support to achieve individual and team goals.\nRole Specific\nBe the primary point of contact for other departments on financial and operational matters.\nFocus on day-to-day operations in the areas of accounting reconciliation, document filing, and financial transactions.\nResponsible for loan disbursement to ensure deliverables are achieved within the service standard.\nPeruse and review all legal, corporate, and finance documents carefully to ensure that all documents are accurate, completed, in order, and in compliance.\nDemonstrate a strong interest in accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and month-end financial reports.\nSupport the team with various projects and ad hoc tasks when required.\nRequirements:\nWe are looking for someone who has:\nPossess at least a Diploma or equivalent in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or a related field.\nMinimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience is required -
