The Capco Associate Business Programme is designed to equip you with the skills and experience required to become our financial consulting leaders of tomorrow. Previous professional experience is advantageous but not limited to those from within financial services. We require strong verbal and written communication skills, matched with strong Microsoft Office knowledge and a passion for consulting. \nPreferred Requirements:\nMinimum Bachelor’s in any degree.\nExperience in consulting, financial services, programming, or AI are advantageous. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. (Other applications like Visio, PowerBI, or Tableau are an advantage).\nFluency in English - written and spoken. (Chinese language is advantageous).\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills\nSelf-starter, driven, and not afraid of a challenge. Willingness to learn and grow.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment\nPassionate about consulting and a strong interest in financial services\nAvailability to join in March 2027\nThis is a full-time employment role for students graduating in December 2026 or recent graduates. Onboarding date will be in March 2027.\nELIGIBILITY TO WORK IN SG\nApplicants must have unrestricted working rights in Singapore.
