The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to analyze requirements, improve processes, and ensure successful implementation of regulatory and technology-driven changes.\nKey Responsibilities:\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements\nCollaborate with stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and IT teams\nTranslate business needs into clear specifications for technical teams\nSupport end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through implementation\nConduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE)\nEnsure alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, AML, Basel)\nParticipate in UAT planning, execution, and defect management\nSupport change management activities, including documentation and training materials\nMonitor project progress and assist in risk and issue management\nFacilitate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder communication\nRequired Skills & Experience:\n Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services\nStrong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations\nExperience working on regulatory, risk, or digital transformation projects\nAbility to bridge business and IT stakeholders effectively\nKnowledge of requirements management and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)\nFamiliarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nNice to Have:\nExperience with GRC, risk, or compliance-related initiatives\nKnowledge of payments, lending, or capital markets\nUnderstanding of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)\nCertifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA,
