The role involves working closely with Treasury, Finance, Risk, and Technology teams to enhance liquidity management, funding processes, regulatory reporting, and Treasury systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for Treasury processes and systems.\nSupport initiatives related to liquidity risk, cash management, funding, and balance sheet management.\nAnalyse data flows, reconciliations, and reporting processes across Treasury, Finance, and Risk systems.\nIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and data quality improvements.\nTranslate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nCollaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to support solution delivery and UAT.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nProven Business Analysis experience within Banking, Treasury, Finance, or Risk.\nUnderstanding of Treasury operations, liquidity management, funding, and Asset & Liability Management (ALM).\nKnowledge of LCR, NSFR, liquidity risk metrics, and regulatory reporting.\nStrong SQL, Excel, data analysis, and reconciliation skills.\nExperience with requirements gathering, process mapping, Agile delivery, and UAT.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have\nKnowledge of Basel III, ILAAP, and Treasury regulatory frameworks.\nExperience with Treasury Management Systems, ALM platforms, or liquidity reporting tools.\nFamiliarity with Python, Power BI, Jira, and Confluence.\nExperience in Treasury transformation,
