closely with clients and cross-functional teams to assess current operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design and implementation of practical solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nGather, define, and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with clients. \nAnalyze current processes, operational data, pain points, and root causes. \nPerform process gap analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities. \nDesign future-state processes and support process re-engineering initiatives. \nTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, or process specifications. \nCollaborate with business and technology teams to support solution design and implementation. \nFacilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions. \nSupport project delivery, requirement changes, testing, and implementation activities. \nPrepare clear analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior stakeholders. \n What We’re Looking For\nUniversity degree, preferably in business, finance, economics, technology, or a related discipline. \nMinimum 5-8 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or a similar role. \nStrong experience in the asset management industry, preferably across mutual, provident, or private funds. \nGood understanding of fund operations, including fund accounting, NAV, investor services, and reporting. \nExperience in operational excellence, process improvement, or business transformation initiatives. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause and data-driven analysis. \nExperience in process mapping, gap analysis, and process re-engineering. \nExperience gathering and managing business and functional requirements. \nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills. \nAbility to work effectively across business, operations, and technology teams. \nExcellent written and verbal communication
