Experience - 3-6 years
Role Summary:
Data Analysis & Gap Analysis
- • Conduct detailed gap analyses of trading data from various source systems
- • Identify discrepancies and analyze data attributes between multiple systems
- • Develop and maintain automated gap reporting using Python and SQL
Python Development & Automation
- • Build and maintain Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
**** Reporting & Visualization****
- • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
**** Project Management Tasks****
- • Meet with stakeholders from upstream and downstream systems to ascertain logic to be implemented where required, and record notes of meetings to PMO standards
Technical Skills
- • Python Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python with experience in pandas
- • Database Management: Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- • Data Visualization: Experience with Power BI, or Python visualization libraries
Banking & Finance Knowledge
- o 3-5 years of experience in banking data analysis and problem solving
- o Understanding of collateral management principles and regulatory requirements beneficial
Analytical Skills
- • Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- • Experience conducting gap analyses and process improvement initiatives
- • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
