The role will not replace Value Stream SMEs. Instead, it will ensure that their acceptance criteria and evidence are sufficiently complete, clear, risk-based and relevant to end-to-end business readiness.\nKey responsibilities \nOwn relevant Central scenarios\nReview and quality-assure acceptance criteria created or co-created by Value Stream SMEs;\nCheck that criteria cover the complete business outcome rather than only individual system functions;\nChallenge missing:\nProcess steps\nBusiness hand-offs\nImpacted departments\nClient outcomes\nExceptions and reversals\nMigration and coexistence conditions\nControls and reconciliations\nReview Value Stream LIAT evidence and assess whether it provides credible BRT coverage;\nIdentify gaps, assumptions, dependencies and scope limitations;\nCoordinate cross-value Stream workshops and coverage-challenge sessions;\nRecommend whether residual gaps require:\nAdditional evidence\nTargeted BRT\nA mitigating control\nScope removal\nFormal risk acceptance\nSupport the design of targeted BRT storyboards;\nPrepare scenario-level readiness conclusions for central governance.\nSkills and Expertise\nEssential skills and experience\nExperience in banking transformation, migration or operational readiness;\nBroad knowledge of corporate or wholesale banking processes;\nPractical understanding of migration, cutover and coexistence impacts;\nAbility to understand end-to-end business processes across multiple Value Streams;\nExperience reviewing acceptance criteria, test coverage and business evidence;\nAbility to identify when criteria are ambiguous, incomplete or not sufficiently evidence-based;\nConfidence to challenge Value Stream SMEs constructively;\nStrong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills;\nClear and concise written communication;\nFluency in German and English.\nPriority domain knowledge \nMigration, cutover and coexistence;\nCorporate banking client servicing;\nPayments and operational processing;\nOperational resilience and recovery;\nDetailed expertise in every product is not required.
