This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice \nAs a Senior Consultant within the Capital Markets team, you be part of Client Onboarding & Change projects across securities services for top-tier financial institution \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nLead end-to-end client onboarding and change initiatives for Banks, Asset Managers, and Financial Institutions.\n\nManage project delivery including planning, governance, RAID management, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.\n\nAct as the primary client contact, building trusted relationships and managing senior stakeholder expectations.\n\nGather and analyse business requirements, facilitating workshops and translating needs into practical solutions and delivery plans.\n\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk & Compliance, and Client Services to drive successful outcomes.\n\nIdentify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery across multiple concurrent projects.\n\nKEY REQUIREMENTS\n5+ years' experience in Project Management, PMO, Change Management, or Business Analysis within Financial Services, Banking, Asset Servicing, or Consulting.\n\nProven track record delivering business transformation, operational change, regulatory change, or client onboarding programmes.\n\nStrong project management skills with expertise in governance, stakeholder management, RAID management, and delivery oversight.\n\nExperience in Fund services, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Custody Services, or Investment Operations is advantageous\n\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and clients.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nFluency in English required, Cantonese and Mandarin highly
