You will lead complex analytics workstreams, translate high-volume data into actionable insights, and deliver scalable, insight-driven solutions that drive measurable business outcomes across customer and business portfolios.\nKey Responsibilities\nAdvanced Analytics & Modelling\nLead end-to-end advanced analytics initiatives, delivering optimization, growth, and risk insights across customer and business portfolios\nAnalyse large-scale transactional and behavioural datasets to uncover opportunities for commercial performance and efficiency\nDesign, develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to support strategic decision-making\nConduct segmentation, lifecycle analysis, propensity modelling, and performance optimisation\nExperimentation & Measurement\nDesign and evaluate robust experimentation and testing frameworks, including A/B testing and control groups\nEstablish methodologies for impact measurement and performance tracking\nData Engineering & Scalability\nPrepare, transform, and structure large volumes of data for advanced modelling and analytics\nEnhance and optimise analytical code and processes to ensure scalability, robustness, and efficiency\nInsight Communication & Stakeholder Engagement\nTranslate complex analytical outcomes into clear, compelling, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders\nDevelop dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor performance and communicate trends\nSupport senior leadership through structured storytelling, insight summaries, and performance reporting\nCollaboration & Thought Leadership\nPartner with cross-functional teams to embed analytics into business initiatives\nDocument methodologies and contribute to reusable analytical assets and best practices across Capco\nQualifications & Experience\nRequired\nDegree (or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field\n5-8+ years’ experience in advanced analytics, data science, or quantitative strategy roles\nStrong foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning, and quantitative analysis\nHands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, or equivalent analytics tools\nSolid understanding of experimental design and causal inference\nProven ability to translate analytics into commercial and strategic recommendations\nStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skills\nPreferred\nExperience in consulting, financial services, or large data-driven organizations\nExposure to analytics use cases within banking, payments, risk, or customer analytics
