This is a specialist role for professionals who have worked on financial services transformation initiatives in emerging digital asset ecosystems.\nDigital Assets are reshaping the future of financial services. Tokenization, blockchain, programmable money, digital wallets, smart contracts, and stablecoins are changing how value is created, exchanged, stored, and managed across the industry.\nAt Capco, you will work with leading financial institutions on their Digital Asset transformation initiatives. As a Functional Analyst - Digital Assets, you will bridge the gap between business and technology, helping clients translate innovative ideas into scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions.\nWorking as a consultant, you will contribute to transformation programs across banking, payments, capital markets, custody, and Digital Asset platforms. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nTranslate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and solution requirements.\nDesign functional solutions and assess their feasibility, impact, and alignment with business objectives.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nSupport system enhancements, testing, production releases, and post-go-live improvements.\nWork closely with development teams in an Agile environment.\nEnsure solutions comply with security, architecture, regulatory, and operational standards.\nContribute to the functional design of Digital Asset solutions such as tokenization platforms, blockchain-based workflows, digital wallets, and custody-related processes.\nSupport business and functional analysis for emerging use cases in Digital Assets, including settlement, issuance, transfer, and lifecycle management.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.\nExperience within banking, payments, capital markets, and insurance.\nProven experience working in Agile environments.\nExperience in transformation or change initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.\nProven experience working on Digital Asset, Blockchain, Tokenization, or DLT initiatives is essential.\n\nFunctional & Technical Skills\nStrong functional analysis and requirements gathering skills.\nExperience translating business requirements into functional specifications.\nFamiliarity with UML diagrams, APIs, system integrations, and end-to-end solution design.\nAbility to work with complex business processes and translate them into clear, structured functional documentation.\nUnderstanding of digital asset ecosystems, tokenized asset workflows, and related financial services processes.\n\nDigital Assets Knowledge\nKnowledge of or experience with one or more of the following is considered a strong asset:\nBlockchain\nTokenization\nDigital Assets\nSmart Contracts\nStablecoins\nDigital Wallets\nDistributed Ledger Technology (DLT)\nCryptocurrency\nProgrammable Money\nCustody, issuance, or settlement processes linked to digital assets\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management.\nProactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented.\nComfortable working in fast-paced transformation environments.\nAble to operate effectively in domains where requirements may be complex, evolving, and non-standard.\n\nLanguages\nProfessional proficiency in English.\nDutch is considered a strong plus.\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related
