This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice \nAs a Principal Consultant within the Securities Services team, you will lead fund administration transformation projects across fund accounting, operations, and securities services for top-tier financial institution \nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES \nLead large-scaletransformation programmes across fund administration, transfer agency, middle office, and securities operations. \n\nProvide deep subject matter expertise across Fund Admin processes, controls, regulatory obligations, and industry standards. \n\nAct as a senior advisor to clients, shaping strategy, operating models, and delivery roadmaps across the fund administration lifecycle. \n\nDrive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.\n\nMentor and guide consulting teams, helping to build a strong and scalable capability within the practice.\n\nKEY REQUIREMENTS\n10+ years experience in banking / consulting covering securities services/capital markets, with strong expertise in Fund Administration, Fund Accounting, and related operational processes.\n\nStrong consulting background with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across business and technology \nStrong track record leading large-scale fund administration transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, and platform modernization. \n\nStrong programme and project leadership skills, managing teams and ensuring high-quality delivery. \n\nProven experience in driving sales, business development, and practice growth, including strong client relationship, opportunity identification, solution shaping, and proposal leadership. \n\nExperience contributing to practice development, including frameworks, methodologies, and thought
