The candidate should have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kubernetes and be comfortable working in an Agile engineering environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.\nBuild and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices components.\nSupport containerization and Kubernetes migration activities under the guidance of senior engineers.\nImplement application enhancements and region-specific configuration changes.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code following established coding standards.\nDevelop unit tests and support integration testing and defect resolution.\nParticipate in CI/CD pipeline execution, deployment validation, and troubleshooting.\nCollaborate with developers, SDET engineers, and technical leads during sprint delivery.\nAssist in application documentation, knowledge sharing, and production issue investigation. Mandatory Technical Skills\n3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.\nGood working knowledge of Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.\nHands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker, including basic application deployments, pod monitoring, and troubleshooting.\nExperience developing REST APIs and integrating backend services.\nKnowledge of Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, SQL, and relational databases.\nFamiliarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.\nExperience writing unit tests using JUnit and Mockito.\nUnderstanding of microservices communication, exception handling, and application logging.
