Strong experience designing and implementing REST APIs and microservices.\nStrong understanding of API contracts, abstraction boundaries, validation and error-handling strategies.\nHands-on experience developing production applications using React and TypeScript.\nStrong knowledge of Spring Security, including OAuth2/OIDC authentication and authorization patterns. \nStrong knowledge of SQL and relational database integration using JDBC/JPA or equivalent technologies.\nExperience designing applications for distributed/cloud environments.\nHands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.\nPractical experience deploying/supporting applications on Kubernetes, preferably AKS. Strong automated testing experience using JUnit 5, Mockito, MockMvc and integration-testing techniques.\nExperience with Git-based development and CI/CD pipelines. \nStrong troubleshooting skills across UI, API, database and integration layers.\nUnderstanding of secure coding practices and OWASP application-security principles.\nExperience implementing production observability using structured logging, correlation IDs, metrics and health checks.\nAbility to make engineering trade-offs, document architectural decisions and mentor less-experienced engineers.\nPreferred / Project-Specific Skills Azure / AKS. Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Azure Workload Identity and Key Vault. Databricks, ADLS. Trino / Starburst. Terraform / Infrastructure as Code. Helm.
