Purpose\nThe Kondor+ Integration, Data & Database Consultant will be responsible for the integration, data migration and database-related activities required as part of the Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor upgrade.\nThe role will analyse the existing Kondor+ integration and data landscape, assess impacts introduced by the target Kondor+ release, implement or coordinate required interface changes, support database upgrade/migration activities, and ensure the completeness and integrity of data throughout the upgrade.\nThe consultant will work closely with the Kondor+ Solution Architect, Technical Consultants, Functional Consultants, client DBA/infrastructure teams and downstream application owners.\nKey Responsibilities\nKondor+ Integration\nAnalyse the existing Kondor+ integration landscape, covering inbound and outbound interfaces.\nAssess the impact of the Kondor+ upgrade on existing interfaces, APIs, message structures, file exchanges and integration components.\nDesign and implement or coordinate required modifications to Kondor+ interfaces.\nSupport integration between Kondor+ and surrounding systems such as:\nMarket data providers\nElectronic trading platforms\nPayment and settlement systems\nSWIFT/messaging platforms\nCore banking systems\nGeneral Ledger and accounting platforms\nRisk and regulatory systems\nData warehouses and reporting platforms\nAnalyse and troubleshoot failed Kondor+ interfaces and data-processing issues.\nValidate end-to-end STP flows through Kondor+ and downstream applications.\nSupport API, messaging, middleware and file-based integrations used by Kondor+.\nSupport interface reconciliation during SIT, UAT, migration rehearsals and production cutover.\nKondor+ Data Migration & Reconciliation\nAnalyse the Kondor+ data landscape and identify data impacted by the upgrade.\nDefine the data migration/conversion approach together with the Kondor+ Solution Architect and functional SMEs.\nSupport migration or conversion of Kondor+ static/reference and transactional data where required.\nAnalyse and validate Kondor+ data structures and dependencies.\nDevelop SQL queries and reconciliation controls to validate migrated/upgraded data.\nReconcile relevant data between source and target Kondor+ environments, including:\nTrades and transactions\nStatic/reference data\nPositions\nCashflows\nMarket data where applicable\nValuations\nAccounting balances/postings\nInterface data\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies between existing and upgraded Kondor+ environments.\nSupport migration dry runs and cutover rehearsals.\nDefine data validation and reconciliation criteria for production migration.\nSupport post-go-live data reconciliation and hypercare.\nKondor+ Database\nAnalyse the existing Kondor+ database environment and dependencies.\nSupport database-related prerequisites for the Kondor+ target release.\nSupport execution and validation of Kondor+ database upgrade/conversion scripts.\nAnalyse Kondor+ database schemas, tables and data relationships as required for troubleshooting, integration and reconciliation.\nDevelop SQL scripts and queries supporting migration, testing and reconciliation.\nSupport database backup, restore and rollback activities in collaboration with the client's DBA team.\nIdentify database-related performance issues affecting Kondor+ processing.\nSupport performance analysis of critical Kondor+ processes, including batch and EOD processing.\nCoordinate with client DBAs on database configuration, capacity, performance and operational requirements.\nRequired Experience\nStrong hands-on technical experience with Kondor+ / Fusion Kondor / Finastra Kondor.\nPrevious experience working on at least one Kondor+ implementation, upgrade or migration.\nDemonstrable experience with Kondor+ interfaces and integration mechanisms.\nGood understanding of the Kondor+ database/data model and data structures.\nStrong SQL skills and ability to independently interrogate and reconcile Kondor+ data.\nExperience analysing Kondor+ trade, static/reference, position and/or accounting data.\nExperience troubleshooting data and integration issues across Kondor+ and surrounding systems.\nExperience with APIs, messaging/middleware and file-based integration patterns used within Kondor environments.\nUnderstanding of treasury products and end-to-end trade lifecycle.\nExperience supporting SIT, UAT, migration rehearsals and production cutovers for Kondor+.\nHighly Desirable\nPrevious Kondor+ version upgrade experience.\nExperience migrating between different Kondor+ releases and/or technical architectures.\nExperience with the specific database technology used by the client's Kondor+ installation.\nSWIFT / ISO 20022 integration experience.\nExperience integrating Kondor+ with market data, payment/settlement, GL/accounting, risk and data warehouse platforms.\nExperience with Kondor+ APIs and modern integration patterns.\nExperience with large-volume trade/data reconciliation.\nExperience troubleshooting Kondor+ EOD/batch-processing
