You will be responsible for sourcing, transforming, analyzing, and preparing large-scale datasets while contributing to the design and implementation of robust ETL processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport the development of advanced financial machine learning models by sourcing, aggregating, and preparing data from multiple internal and external sources\n\nClean, transform, validate, and analyze complex datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling activities\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines to streamline data ingestion and processing workflows\n\nWork with large-scale databases and distributed data environments to extract and manage data efficiently\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including model developers, data scientists, and business stakeholders\n\nIdentify data quality issues and implement solutions to improve data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility\n\nContribute to continuous improvement of data management and analytical processes\n\nSkills & Experience\n4-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst\n\nStrong proficiency in SQL and Python, including:\nPandas\n\nNumPy\n\nSciPy\n\nPySpark\n\nSolid understanding of data wrangling, data transformation, and ETL processes\n\nExperience working with large and complex databases\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nBanking or financial services domain knowledge is highly desirable\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management
