RoleOverview

WeareseekinganexperiencedDataScientist withstrongexpertisein Python,DeterministicAnalytics,andDatabricks todevelopscalableanalyticalsolutionsthatdrivebusinessdecisions.Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongfoundationinstatistics,dataengineering,andadvancedanalytics,withexperienceleveragingcloud-baseddataplatformstosolvecomplexbusinesschallenges.

KeyResponsibilities

  • DevelopanddeploydatascienceandanalyticssolutionsusingPythonandDatabricks.
  • Designandimplementdeterministicandrule-basedanalyticalmodelsforforecasting,optimization,anddecisionsupport.
  • Performexploratorydataanalysis(EDA)toidentifytrends,patterns,andactionablebusinessinsights.
  • Buildandmaintainscalabledatapipelinesfordataingestion,transformation,andprocessing.
  • UtilizeDatabricksandSpark-basedframeworksforlarge-scaledataprocessingandanalytics.
  • Conductstatisticalanalysis,hypothesistesting,andperformanceevaluation.
  • Collaboratewithbusinessstakeholderstotranslatebusinessrequirementsintoanalyticalsolutions.
  • Developdashboards,visualizations,andreportstoeffectivelycommunicatefindings.
  • Ensuredataquality,governance,andcompliancestandardsaremet.
  • Documentmethodologies,models,andanalyticalprocesses.
  • Partnerwithcross-functionalteamsincludingDataEngineering,Product,andBusinessteams.

RequiredSkills&Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sorMaster'sdegreeinDataScience,Statistics,Mathematics,ComputerScience,Engineering,orarelatedfield.
  • 4+yearsofexperienceinDataScience,Analytics,orDataEngineeringroles.
  • StrongprogrammingexpertiseinPython.
  • Hands-onexperiencewith:
    • Pandas

    • SciPy
    • Scikit-learn
    • Matplotlib/Seaborn
  • ExperiencewithDeterministicAnalytics,businessrulesmodeling,anddecisionframeworks.
