Full Stack Developer (Java Script/Java Spring Boot)

Scope of Work: 

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end applications while building secure and efficient back-end services.
• Design and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in system architecture, technical design, and code review sessions.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and engineering best practices to improve development efficiency.
• Support production releases and provide post-deployment monitoring and issue resolution when required

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in software development
• Proven experience in full-stack software development with hands-on experience building scalable web applications and APIs.
• Proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, along with HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Strong back-end development experience using at least one of the following: Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), Java (Spring Boot), or .NET.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience working with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development practices, including code reviews and pull requests.
• Good understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and distributed application design.
• Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
