You will lead a team of Business Analysts, oversee the replacement of legacy applications, and ensure that business requirements, technical solutions, and project delivery remain aligned.\nWorking closely with senior business leaders, technology teams, and delivery stakeholders, you will translate complex data and legacy technology into clear business insights, actionable requirements, and practical solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nLead Project Delivery: Own the planning, execution, governance, and change management of a C&IB application replacement project, ensuring effective coordination of deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders.\nManage and Develop Business Analysts: Lead a team of Business Analysts, providing direction, coaching, and quality oversight while remaining actively involved in detailed analysis and problem-solving.\nDrive Detailed Data and Systems Analysis: Investigate complex data structures, legacy applications, and system behaviours, translating technical findings into meaningful business requirements and operational insights.\nBridge Business and Technology: Map business processes, assess application architecture, and facilitate communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and solution architects to support effective decision-making.\nEngage Senior Stakeholders: Build trusted relationships with Heads of Department and senior stakeholders, communicating project progress, risks, recommendations, and change impacts clearly and effectively.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBusiness Analysis and Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience delivering complex technology transformation or application replacement projects, ideally within Corporate & Investment Banking or Capital Markets.\nAnalytical and Technical Understanding: Strong capabilities in detailed data analysis, legacy system investigation, software architecture, and translating technical complexity into practical business outcomes.\nLeadership and Delivery Management: Demonstrated experience leading Business Analysts and managing project planning, execution, governance, risks, and organisational change.\nStakeholder Engagement and Communication: Ability to engage Heads of Department and senior business and technology stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and communicate complex findings in clear, accessible language.\nCommunication and International Collaboration: Fluent English communication skills, with the flexibility to travel internationally as required for project delivery.\nBonus Points For\nExperience delivering large-scale application replacement, legacy modernisation, or platform migration programmes within CIB.\nFamiliarity with Capital Markets products, particularly funds, preferred.\nExperience working with complex data models, system integrations, and enterprise application architectures.\nKnowledge of data migration, reconciliation, testing, and business readiness activities.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders across international locations.\nWhy Join Capco\nDeliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions.\nWork in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture.\nAccess continuous learning, training, and industry certifications.\nBe part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services.\nHelp shape the future of digital transformation across financial services and energy.\nInclusion at Capco\nWe’re committed to making our recruitment process accessible and straightforward for everyone.
