The role will oversee the delivery of data product discovery, governance, metadata management, lineage, data quality and lifecycle capabilities, ensuring solutions are delivered securely, on time, within scope and aligned to enterprise data management standards.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data governance teams, infrastructure teams and information security professionals to deliver a strategic platform that enables governed data product creation, publication and consumption across the organisation.\nWhat You'll Get to Do\nManage and oversee technical delivery of the Data marketplace platform.\nDevelop project scopes, requirements, delivery plans and release roadmaps to ensure successful execution across multiple workstreams.\nManage project timelines, budgets, resource plans, dependencies, risks and issues.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, data governance, platform engineering and business stakeholders.\nEnsure successful integration with enterprise metadata, lineage, data quality, DevOps and governance platforms.\nDrive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog management, SIT, UAT and release planning.\nMonitor project progress and communicate status, risks and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.\nContinuously improve delivery processes, governance practices and project management controls to improve outcomes and delivery efficiency.\nWhat You'll Bring With You\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.\n8+ years' experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager or Programme Manager delivering enterprise technology initiatives.\nExperience delivering Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms, Metadata Management or Data Product initiatives.\nStrong understanding of custom application delivery, system integration, data architecture, DevSecOps and cloud-based technology platforms.\nExperience managing Agile delivery teams and complex stakeholder environments.\nStrong problem-solving, planning and dependency management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.\nExperience within Financial Services, Banking or regulated environments is highly desirable.\nNice To Have\nCustom Application Delivery\nData Product Operating Models\nData Governance and Metadata Platforms\nData Quality and Lineage Solutions\nChief Data Office (CDO) programmes\nThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a strategic Data Product Marketplace that enables governed, high-quality, discoverable data products across the enterprise while supporting the Bank's broader data and AI ambitions\nEligibility to Work in Singapore\nApplicants must have unrestricted working rights in Singapore.
