We offer a collaborative, entrepreneurial and international workplace where your ideas matter and your expertise makes a difference.\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Product Manager - eCommerce & Digital Experience to join our team in Belgium.\nIn this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design, development and delivery of digital eCommerce products, with a particular focus on creating seamless and customer-centric online buying experiences.\nYou will play a key role in defining product strategies, building roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions. From product discovery and selection to checkout, payment and order fulfilment, you will ensure that every step of the customer journey is intuitive, efficient and aligned with business objectives.\nWe are looking for someone who combines strategic product thinking with a hands-on approach and a strong understanding of eCommerce, website functionality and user experience.\nWhat Will You Do?\nLead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial discovery and product vision to design, development, launch and continuous improvement.\n\nDefine and execute product strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans aligned with business objectives.\n\nDesign, develop and optimise the complete digital buying journey, from product discovery and search to selection, shopping cart, checkout, payment, order tracking and delivery.\n\nTranslate business needs and customer expectations into clear product requirements and actionable development priorities.\n\nCollaborate closely with UX/UI designers to build intuitive, engaging and customer-focused website experiences.\n\nAnalyse customer behaviour, feedback and sentiment to identify opportunities for improving the overall user experience.\n\nLead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, designers, developers and delivery teams.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations, communicate product progress and ensure alignment between business and technical teams.\n\nTake full ownership of product outcomes, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.\n\nWho Are We Looking For?\n8-12 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong background in Product Management, preferably within eCommerce or digital commerce environments.\n\nProven ability to independently lead the overall design, development and delivery of complex digital products from concept to successful rollout.\n\nDemonstrated experience in building and managing end-to-end online buying experiences, covering product discovery, search, comparison, selection, shopping cart, checkout, payment, order tracking and delivery.\n\nStrong understanding of the complete eCommerce customer journey, from initial product exploration to purchase and order fulfilment.\n\nExtensive experience in defining product visions, gathering and translating business requirements, conducting product discovery and building actionable product roadmaps.\n\nAbility to manage the full product development process, from initial design and planning to development, implementation and rollout.\n\nSolid understanding of website functionality, UX/UI principles and customer behaviour, with the ability to translate customer insights and sentiment into improved digital experiences.\n\nProven experience in leading cross-functional teams, working closely with business stakeholders, designers, developers and other relevant departments.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align expectations, coordinate priorities and take full ownership of product outcomes.\n\nExcellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills, combined with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.\n\nAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.\n\nAvailability to start on short notice.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with established eCommerce platforms or webshop solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with Agile product development methodologies.\n\nExperience with digital conversion optimisation, customer journey analytics or
