The assignment involves close collaboration across an international banking group, bringing together stakeholders with different priorities to deliver a coordinated program.\nThe Role\nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the business delivery of a complex cards program. You will take ownership of program planning, governance and delivery, ensuring that objectives, resources, budgets and dependencies remain aligned.\nYou will work closely with senior stakeholders, group-level teams and an external service provider. The role calls for someone who can combine a strategic view with disciplined execution, make informed decisions and maintain momentum across multiple projects and teams.\nThis is a hybrid role based in Brussels, with regular travel to Paris for program and stakeholder meetings.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop and maintain integrated program plans, aligning milestones, dependencies and delivery priorities across workstreams.\nEstablish and manage program governance, including decision-making, escalation and reporting processes.\nPrepare and lead program boards and steering committees, presenting progress, risks and decisions clearly.\nManage relationships with business and IT stakeholders, international group teams and external suppliers.\nMonitor delivery against scope, timelines and objectives, and coordinate actions to address delays or changing priorities.\nIdentify and manage risks, issues and cross-project dependencies.\nCoordinate capacity planning and resource allocation across the program.\nManage program budgets and business cases, monitoring financial performance and supporting investment decisions.\nLead and motivate contributors, maintaining clear accountability and a shared focus on outcomes.\nWhat You Will Bring\nAt least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including proven responsibility for complex projects or programs involving multiple workstreams.\nA strong understanding of banking operations and the ability to connect business objectives with technology delivery.\nExperience working across business and IT teams, with familiarity with enterprise IT systems and workflow processes.\nStrong knowledge of project and program management methodologies, such as Agile, PRINCE2 or PMBOK, and relevant planning and reporting tools such as Clarity or MS Project.\nExperience managing governance, senior stakeholders, budgets, resources, risks and delivery dependencies.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the diplomacy and confidence to align different interests and drive decisions.\nA structured, proactive and results-oriented approach, combined with strategic thinking, commercial awareness and a focus on customer outcomes.\nA master's degree or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience in the cards business, including card issuing or processing systems, is a strong advantage.
