Working closely with Programme and Stream Leads, you will help maintain visibility across schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and key decisions.\nYou will collaborate with multiple teams and workstreams, supporting effective governance and helping ensure stakeholders have the information they need to make informed decisions. You will also have the opportunity to identify improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies.\nWhat You’ll Do\nSupport Programme and Stream Leads in planning and coordinating programme activities.\nSupport the definition and management of schedules, dependencies, and key milestones.\nIdentify and communicate cross-stream blockers, risks, and dependencies.\nParticipate in status reviews, governance committees, and working sessions, supporting the preparation of decision-making materials for Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees, and senior management.\nRecommend improvements to programme organisation and delivery methodologies while supporting alignment across multiple teams and workstreams.\nWhat We're looking for\nExperience supporting programme or project delivery within complex, multi-workstream environment within banking, payments or financial services field.\nStrong understanding of programme planning, governance, schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies.\nExposure to large-scale transformation or change programmes.\nExperience working with Programme Sponsors, Steering Committees, or senior management.\nFamiliarity with different programme and project delivery methodologies.\nExperience supporting cross-functional teams and interconnected workstreams.\nAbility to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior stakeholders.\nA collaborative and structured approach, with the ability to identify
