The role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project plans, and driving execution across business and technology stakeholders.\nThe successful candidate will bring strong programme and project management expertise, coupled with practical experience delivering data-focused initiatives involving data quality improvement, data lineage, data models, system design, and data governance capabilities.\nKey Responsibilities\n1) Project & Programme Delivery\nLead the end-to-end delivery of data management and transformation initiatives.\nDevelop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, delivery schedules, and critical paths.\nCoordinate activities across business, data, technology, architecture, and vendor teams.\nDrive project execution from mobilisation through implementation and transition.\nEnsure delivery aligns with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.\n2) Data Transformation & Data Quality Initiatives\nManage programmes focused on Data Quality (DQ) remediation and continuous data quality improvement.\nCoordinate initiatives related to data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and master data management.\nSupport the implementation of enterprise data management frameworks and capabilities.\nTrack and monitor data-related deliverables, dependencies, and remediation activities.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives and data management outcomes.\n3) Stakeholder & Vendor Management\nPartner with business stakeholders, data owners, technology teams, architects, and external vendors.\nFacilitate project governance meetings, working groups, and steering forums.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across all project participants.\nEscalate risks, issues, and decision points appropriately to leadership teams.\n4) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management\nMaintain and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).\nIdentify project delivery risks and drive mitigation plans.\nManage dependencies across multiple workstreams and transformation initiatives.\nEstablish project controls and reporting mechanisms to support effective governance.\n5) Data & Technology Delivery Coordination\nWork closely with data architects, solution architects, business analysts, and engineering teams.\nSupport the delivery of initiatives relating to:Data Models\nData Lineage\nData Governance\nData Quality Frameworks\nSystem Design\nData Integration\nData Platforms\n\nEnsure technical deliverables remain aligned with business requirements and programme objectives.\n6) Governance, Reporting & Financial Management\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.\nMonitor project performance against key delivery metrics and milestones.\nSupport programme governance and executive decision-making through timely reporting and escalation management.\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n8-12+ years of experience in Project Management, Programme Management, or Transformation Delivery.Proven experience delivering Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Transformation programmes.Strong experience managing Data Quality (DQ) remediation initiatives.Experience delivering projects involving: \nData Lineage\nData Models\nData Governance\nMetadata Management\nData Integration\nEnterprise Data Platforms\nSystem Design\nExperience coordinating multiple business and technology workstreams.Experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation environments.Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, or highly regulated industry experience is preferred.\n\nSuccess Profile\nThe ideal candidate is a highly organised and delivery-focused Project Manager with a strong track record of managing enterprise data transformation initiatives.
