The role will manage project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, vendor coordination, risks, dependencies, and execution activities to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.\nWorking closely with business stakeholders, product owners, technology teams, vendors, and programme leadership, the Project Manager will drive project outcomes from mobilisation through implementation, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\nKey Responsibilities\n1) Project Planning & Delivery\nLead end-to-end delivery of insurance transformation and technology projects.\nDevelop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, timelines, and delivery roadmaps.\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.\nMonitor project progress and proactively manage delivery risks and issues.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.\nSupport project mobilisation, implementation, and transition activities.\n2) Stakeholder Management & Governance\nBuild strong relationships with business stakeholders, sponsors, technology teams, and external partners.\nFacilitate project governance forums, working groups, and steering committee meetings.\nPrepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.\nManage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment across project teams.\nEscalate key decisions, risks, and issues appropriately.\n3) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management\nEstablish and maintain project RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies).\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.\nManage project dependencies across business, technology, and vendor workstreams.\nImplement issue resolution and escalation processes to minimise project impacts.\nSupport change control processes and assess impacts to scope, budget, and timelines.\n4) Vendor & Delivery Coordination\nCoordinate activities across internal delivery teams, vendors, and third-party partners.\nTrack vendor deliverables and ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.\nSupport vendor governance, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.\nFacilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups.\n5) Financial & Resource Management\nManage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.\nSupport resource planning and allocation across project workstreams.\nMonitor project expenditure and provide regular financial updates.\nEnsure effective utilisation of project resources and delivery capacity.\n6) Business Change & Implementation Support\nPartner with business and technology teams to support solution delivery and implementation.\nCoordinate testing, deployment, business readiness, and transition activities.\nSupport change management and adoption initiatives.\nEnsure successful handover into business operations and support teams.\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n7-12 years of project management experience within insurance transformation environments.\n\nProven experience delivering business and technology transformation projects.\n\nStrong understanding of Life, General, and/or Medical Insurance operations and processes.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholder groups.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering projects involving technology implementation, digital transformation, or process improvement.\n\nExperience working within multi-vendor
